AE is responsible for achieving local revenue expectations, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Aggressively pursue new business, develop and maintain both local direct and agency accounts for 4 One Syndicate. Develop relationships in the community that further the company toward reaching its mission and revenue goals. Create and take advantage of current non-traditional revenue opportunities. Applicant must be an aggressive self-starter who is a team player. Applicant must also have moderate computer skills and excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Duties:
• Achieve budget
• Calling on and maintaining accounts for company

• Monitor other media: radio, television, newspaper etc. for potential clients

Promotions Coordinator
PC promotes the 4 One’s image and activities. The PC works closely with the marketing department in creating events and also with the sales department in securing new clients and maintaining current advertisers.

Graphic Designer/Webmaster Job Description:
A graphic designer produces visual solutions to the communication needs of clients, using a mixture of creative skills and commercial awareness. Designers need imaginative flair, awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design. Appropriate medium and styles are selected in conjunction with the client’s requirements. By providing quality visuals it is hoped the profit margins of the client will increase as potential customers become more informed or persuaded by the graphics.
4 One Syndicate is looking for a designer that can design/maintain/traffic online and print sale creative’s and mockups including print ads, banner ads, flash gateways, custom subpages, and integrated marketing websites. Will be the point person for online campaign recaps, responding to staff inquiries about online metrics, pricing, artwork specs, and order submission procedures. Candidate will also coordinate new orders and revisions for client campaigns.

Internships
Our Internship program offers unsurpassed learning opportunities for dedicated individuals. Participation in our program provides exposure to the workings of the marketing industry as well as valuable hands-on experience. Each intern is assigned a specific supervisor, all of whom are 4 One Syndicate employees who volunteer their time to teach interns and answer questions about the media business.
Our internship sessions require part-time work for six weeks, while Fall and Spring sessions require a minimum of two days per week for the full semester. Internships are offered in exchange for course credit through your college or university.

Community Relations:
Community Relations is responsible for achieving a maximum occupancy and revenue potential of the community by attracting qualified prospects to the community, i.e. college Greeks and organizations, and converting those prospects into patriots as well as generating professional referrals.
In this key position, CR will be directly responsible for achieving a maximum occupancy potential of the Community by attracting qualified prospects to the community and converting those prospects into patriots. CR will act as a liaison to professional referral sources, community organizations, and advocacy groups to promote the 4One’s services, value and credibility within the primary market area.
Ideal candidates will have the ability to build rapport and trust, communicate effectively and problem solve are essential. Public speaking, presentation, and strategic marketing planning are desirable.

Street Team
4 One Syndicate has immediate openings for entry-level, part-time Street Team Staff! This is a fantastic opportunity for those interested media, marketing, and promotions or someone who wants to work in a dynamic, fun, fast-paced environment.
Duties include (but not limited to):
• To be an effective, fully-contributing member of the 4 One Syndicate staff by assisting the Promotion Department with the execution of company events and promotions.
• Assist with event planning and execution as directed. Includes regular set-up and breakdown of promotional equipment at events and appearances, plus working with company clients in execution of these events.
• Assist Promotion Department in effective fulfillment of prize distribution to patrons.
• Other regularly changing duties, which require a flexible, positive attitude
